This is again a teacher training course of 200 hrs spread in 2 months. This is non residential program but intensive full day course for Yoga trainers. It mainly covers Flow Yoga, Alignment-Oriented Yoga, Fitness Yoga, Spiritually-Oriented Yoga, Gentle Yoga & Specialty Yoga. It is planned as 3 sessions in a day of approximately 1 hour each with small breaks in between.
In this program we offer Yoga Retreat and 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Programs in NOIDA ( Delhi-NCR). Our centre is Centrally located near Golf course metro station. From a most hygienic environment, we offer a nutritious food.
This course covers complete knowledge of Yoga techniques with well designed practice sessions to become perfect teacher of Yoga. Subjects like Human anatomy and history of Yoga is also covered in the course.
Through this course you can acquire a profound comprehension of both yogic science and yogic art form. This course won’t just make you a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200), it will also help you to live an balanced life.
We conduct small eligibility test which tells us about your interest to become a Yoga Trainer as well as your body type. After that with reasonable course fee one can do our special teacher training course(TTC).

A beginner can earn between Rs.10 to 15000 per month, while experienced Yoga trainer can earn up to Rs 40000 per month. Moreover, for a professional, sky is the limit.
Important note : Perfection in advance asanas can only be achieved with flexibility & stretching ability of the body. Flexible body can easily be achieved with regular practice according to body type. So perfection of advance asanas during the course will vary according to body type.
